Anna Nagar Office Block

This 44,000 sq ft office block in Anna Nagar was completed in 2021. The site held an older shophouse the client wanted demolished. We replaced it with a five-storey building organised around a single circulation core, with column-free floorplates above the second level.

The elevation is a kit of three materials: cast-in-place concrete on the base, dark anodised aluminium on the curtain wall, and timber screens on the recessed terraces. Mechanical services are routed through a coffered ceiling that doubles as the acoustic treatment for the open floors below.
